Our leader trainings are relevant in any culture and teach those who lead kids how to value themselves and their children. We would love to bring a training to your location. Ways to Partner with Impact Forever
Host A Training
Impact Forever trainings have been held around the world and are designed for leaders of kids in any culture. Most trainings take 2-3 days although workshops can be adjusted as needed. Hosts are asked to provide a meeting space, recruitment, translators, food during training, and transportation in country for the training team.
Take A Trip
Each Impact Forever training is led by 2-3 experienced leaders of kids who have been prepared to guide others through our cross-cultural curriculum. Assistant positions are also helpful, and often, host locations have opportunities for serving their local communities and leaders outside of the Impact Forever trainings while our team is on site.
Provide Support
There are multiple ways you can support the work we do to train leaders of children around the world. As a non-profit organization, we rely on financial contributions, but we also need supplies and champions to share in our work. Contact us for ways you can help or donate to support an upcoming trip or team member.
Host a Training
Impact Forever trainings have been held around the world and are applicable to leaders of children in all cultures. If you have a recommended location, contact us for details on cost and applicable dates. Most trainings require 2-3 consecutive days for participants although workshops can be adjusted if necessary. Hosts are asked to provide a meeting space, promotion, translators (if necessary), food during the training (usually lunch and snacks), and transportation to/from the training site in country for the trainers.

Frequently Asked Questions
Where Are Impact Forever Trainings Held?
Trainings are held in various countries and cultures around the world, from North America to Asia and various locations in between. We meet in a designated meeting space provided by the Host. It is helpful if tables or desks are provided but only chairs are necessary.
How Long Is An Impact Forever Training?
Trainings usually take 3 days for 8 hours each day, including breaks and meals. There are package options for Hosts to choose a Complete Training, Simplified Training, and Basic Training which vary in length. Multiple workshops make up each training so it is possible to adjust what is offered. If translation is not necessary, the complete training can be as short as 2 days with all workshops included. Once a Host has booked a training, the specific workshops and schedule will be determined as we prepare together for what is most impactful in your community. What Is Taught During An Impact Forever Training?
Trainings include workshops on Personality Types, Learning Styles, Multiple Intelligences, Love Languages, Discipline Strategies, Leadership Goals, Spiritual Development, and more. Once a training is scheduled, the Impact Forever team and the Host will determine which workshops best meet the needs of the community and the leaders who will participate. The purpose of each Impact Forever training is to help leaders of children understand and value themselves as leaders and then be able to lovingly and confidently guide children to be who they were created to be. Trainings are cross-cultural as all concepts are applicable to human nature. The ideas and strategies presented in our trainings can be implemented in any culture by those who are already leaders in their communities.
How Much Does It Cost To Host Or Attend An Impact Forever Training?
At a minimum, Hosts agree to provide a meeting space, promotion and recruitment, translation services (if needed), snacks/meals during training for all participants, and ground transportation in country for the trainers. Hosts are also asked to cover additional expenses for trainers including travel, lodging, meals, and training supplies, but there are options for those Host Organizations who need deeper support. Each Host will complete a Training Request Form to help Impact Forever provide what is needed for your specific situation and community needs.
Participants are responsible to transport themselves to/from the training location each day of the training and pay any fees as requested by the Host.
Impact Forever will provide curriculum for all participants and Trainers to lead the sessions. The training team will also be responsible to cover any necessary expenses to/from the host country, excursions, meals outside of training time, and remaining costs overall.
What Are the Benefits Of An Impact Forever Training?
Leading children well is a responsibility any parent, teacher, or director of kids should cherish and want to do well. Those who do it without the passion or the tools to do it appropriately will struggle. This struggle can negatively impact the development of the children they lead, and even themselves as individuals. Impact Forever trainings help those who lead kids to value themselves and apply this confidence in helping kids become who they were created to be. Each child has unique gifts and abilities that a good leader will help them develop and apply. The result is a healthier situation for leaders and children alike where everyone is growing, learning, loving, and excited for the future.
How Do I Travel With An Impact Forever Training Team?
We love to partner with anyone who has a passion for what we do and wants to travel with us! Each training requires 2-3 experienced teachers/leaders of kids who have been prepared to guide others through our cross-cultural curriculum. There are limited assistant positions available during trainings as well. Often, host locations also have opportunities for serving their local communities and leaders outside of the Impact Forever trainings while our team is on site.
Trip expenses are covered by Hosts as well as donated funds to Impact Forever. Stated costs will cover travel expenses, lodging, meals, trainings, medical trip insurance, training supplies, and excursions. There may be additional personal costs such as passports, visas, immunizations, and personal supplies which will be paid by each individual team member. Because Impact Forever Inc is a 501(c)3 non-profit organization, we collect tax-deductible donations and can receive and hold funds for team members. It is up to each team member how funds are raised although deadlines will need to be met. Fundraising is the responsibility of each team member.
Specific trip costs and important dates will be determined based on location and requirements for each team. Trip costs are communicated well in advance of trips so that team members have an opportunity to raise funds as needed. There will be team meetings to help prepare each team for their trip.

Is It Safe To Travel With An Impact Forever Team?
Although we travel to places that may be outside the comforts of “home”, Impact Forever teams are always working with local Hosts within each destination country. These Hosts not only ensure our teams are accompanied as we travel in country but also help us secure safe lodging and meals as we serve. Each team member will also have a medical insurance policy in case an immediate medical issue arises while traveling which provides local medical care as well as evacuation back home, if necessary. And we always register our teams with the USA Department of State so that our travel dates and destinations are on record with the USA. Team meetings prior to leaving the country will help prepare team members with what to expect and how to prepare for trips.
